Accomplished in 3 phases, the Shillings Subdivision was the vision of Aven Williamson, a major commercial/residential developer in Texarkana, Dallas-Fort Worth and Fayettville, AR markets. Having accomplished all surveying and design services for over 200 acres of previous residential developments, Mr. Williamson again turned to MTG for this “crown jewel” of his developments. MTG supported the project for all zoning, utility extension planning, land surveys, design surveys, and street/drainage design. The 84 + acre residential development is one of the premeir subdivisions in the region, located near the Texas A&M Texarkana campus and the beautiful Bringle Lake Park.
